The NNTP rn client requires a file with the server name in it;
/mit/sipb/etc/server is the default. For the third time :-), anything
in the sipb locker must have a counterpart in the sipbsrc locker;
therefore, /mit/sipbsrc/src/etc/server corresponds to
/mit/sipb/etc/server.
