Which leads us again to the question of whether or not we should be
providing discuss binaries at all... Are our versions better than the
ones Athena provides?
Given that we do most of the development on discuss :-), our versions
tend to be more up to date than the ones Athena provides. The ones in
the SIPB locker have slipped a lot though, probably because for a while
we were providing edsc service out AFS. We should update them.
