No, I don't think we have installed those. Why don't you do so?
Modify the appropriate files in /mit/sipbsrc/src/lib/elisp/gnus-dist;
byte compile them; install the byte-compiled versions in
/mit/sipb/lib/elisp/gnus-dist; if you install any new files, put
symlinks from /mit/sipb/lib/elisp into /mit/sipb/lib/elisp/gnus-dist.
Don't forget to use RCS.
