MITVMA will be down tomorrow (7 AM - 3 PM or so), so the Zephyr-to-BITNET
gateway won't be available (actually, if you want to use it to talk to
other users on node MITSIPB, feel free, although this is a bit silly).
See also [0193] in Network_Users_Group (menelaus:/usr/spool/discuss/netusers).
Anyway, if users report problems, this is probably the reason.
