I created the standard symlink farms in /mit/sipb/machtype for i386_rhel4
and sun4x_510, and made the standard arch symlinks. These directories
are on -c sipb project.sipb, not a an arch-specific volume, because
disk is free these days, and the arch directories aren't that big,
and I wasn't motivated to do all the afs work.

If anyone thinks this is horribly wrong, they are free to do the necessary
work to do things the old way. Either way is fine with me.
