Two things:
1) the sun4bin directory is actually a separate afs volume I got just
to house the sun4 binaries, so its quota doesn't count against the
sipb volume. You'll have to look elsewhere for space savings. (BTW,
I also have the sparc build tree hiden someplace, so that's not
stealing space from sipbsrc.)
2) the underground sparc movement has already had the graphics locker
quota increased and most of the programs in it have been built and
installed. The pbm stuff is duplicated because, frankly, I didn't
notice that building the sipb locker caused the pbm stuff to be built
duplicating the graphics locker.
