SIPB Locker Cleanup From Hell

I'm working on a one-page guide to the SIPB locker, and in the process
I'm going to sanitize the thing and make it worth documenting (and
easy to build, and all sorts of other Good Things.) I plan to
guarantee that everything in sipb builds from something in sipbsrc,
and that sipbsrc only contains things that go into the sipb locker. (I
intend to split off two separate lockers, tentatively sipb-dev and
sipb-cruft, for incoming and outgoing stuff.)
For starters: "rasterise", "xps", and "compile_g" are nowhere
in sipbsrc. Someone claim them and point me at the sources, or they
go.
I'd also like to divide things up into categories, to make
documentation and finding things easier. In my homedir,
projects/one-page/sipb-software.tex is currently a list of pairs of
keywords and executable names... if you see anything there you
disagree with or could expand upon, email or talk to me about it.
Also, please email me any opinions you have regarding the x10
software and what SIPB's support stand should be - I'm assuming
"archive the sources and PUNT" for now, if you disagree let me know.
(and if you can cite *any* machine still using X10 or the SIPB locker
X10 utilities, let me know. I won't hold my breath waiting, though.)
