This isn't really a bug, just a question. Have any of you
ever heard of a program that converts latex .dvi files to HP PCL?
I tried snooping around some lockers looking for something like
dvi2hp or dvi2pcl, but I had no luck. Any ideas??
I don't know what HP PCL is, but if it's the language that the
LaserJet speaks, then you might be able to use the "dvi" program from
comp.sources.misc, or the "texdvi2lj" program from comp.sources.unix.
We have not installed any of these programs in the sipb locker because
there appears to be very little need for them around here.
If you don't know anything about getting sources from Usenet source
newsgroups archives or about compiling them once you get them, feel
free to stop by the SIPB office (Monday night before 7:30 or after
about 8:00 is often a good time, since our meetings are Monday at 7:30
and a lot of people show up to them, although not so many during the
year.) and someone there might be willing to help out.
