While the screen was locked (I don't know for how long, I wasn't in
the room at the time), I got the following console message
22:15 xscreensaver: X error occurred; aborting with core dump in /tmp.
and a core dump, which is now in ~bjaspan/world/xscreensaver.core.pmax.
I use vtwm from the windowmanagers locker. I can't think of any other
special circumstances.
