It will assk whether or not you need instructions, and if the input is
"Y" or "y" will display them, and will then exit (cleanly). This is
the same results has had been occuring before a recent change (oh, 2
weeks ago, roughly). Perhaps the old version was reinstalled, by
accident?
No, the problem is that the hearts server on charon is unstable and
tends to crash a lot. If that happens, zwrite -i sipb and ask someone
to restart the hearts daemon on charon.
One of these days I'll look into robustifying the server, but it's very
low on my priority list. If anyone else on bug-sipb feels like doing
it, go right ahead....
