The moira entry for lw-sipb has been fixed and propagated. Binkley
has LPD set to false again, and I deleted its printcap file.
The "opurt" alias for lw-sipb has also been removed from
snorkelwacker.
Do we want any kind of authentication or "quota" on lw-sipb? I don't
think we actually want quota control, but lpqd does a nicer job of
logging who printed what than the standard printer log file (of
course, a perl script could do the same job); it would also allow us
to restrict who prints on the printer, if we decide that's a good
idea.
