I agree strongly with Ken. The path /usr/sipb gives us an
abstraction barrier that would allow us to make emacs discuss
work with the nfs sipb locker if it were ever updated and also
work with the translator. It's not that @sys loses on the ps2
but that it is not support at all through the translator. This
means that it will lose if you mount atalanta:/afs anyway. The
cost is that you have to attach sipb to run emacs discuss.
Well, you have to attach sipb to read news, so no big deal
here...
