If you click any button to destroy the help window (as it claims in
said help window) the effects of which mouse key you click also
effects the fate of xwebster itself. Thus, the simple act of popping
the help window may also trash the xwebster you were about to use to
   look up a word.

If I click the left, middle or right button in the xwebster help
window, only the help window goes away. In other words, I cannot
duplicate the problem you are describing. Could you be more specific?
What kind of machine are you using? When you click on the help
window, is your mouse also over the xwebster icon?
