Xscreensaver would have to be setuid root to either (a) add
something to /etc/passwd, or (b) add something to /usr/adm/utmp, which
is what finger would use to display a list of logged in users. I have
no intention of making xscreensaver setuid root, for various reasons
(including the fact that Athena won't want a setuid root program in
the sipb locker).
It is therefore not likely that this will happen.
