Is there a way of controlling the stacking order in xfig? I'm looking
for commands analogous to idraw's "bring to front" and "send to back".
I asked olc, and they said they didn't know how.

Note that I can tell. I'm CC'ing this to the current maintainer of
xfig so that he can either (a) correct me if I'm wrong, or (b) take it
as a suggestion for a future enhancement to the program.
