SYNOPSIS: Not able to subscribe to soc.culture.indian

DESCRIPTION: When I try to subscribe to soc.culture.indian, I get the following message "caught signal (10), cleaned up newsrc and removed temp file". Then I get 2 options abort or exit. No matter which option I choose the program exits xrn.
