I printed a file using dvips and two strange things happened
(well, two that I noticed so far, since I really just glanced through
my output).
(1) Wherever I had 'fl' or 'fi' in my file, it didn't print.
For example, if I typed the word 'inflow', it was
printed as 'inow'; and if I typed the word 'fix', it
was printed as 'x'.
(2) When I wanted to use dash between words, I typed '--' in
my file. But instead of printing the dash, it printed
a left curly bracket.
It must have formatted it correctly, but just printed wrong, because
wherever the 'fl's are missing, the lines don't extend all the way to
the right margin.
I guess that's all for now.
