ncs with dvips

With dvips, $\Theta$ is silently omited when printing to an ln03
with the ncs font.  Perhaps a general warning should be used
that postscript fonts should be used cautiously.  I used to use
timrom all the time with dvi2ps.  I haven't tried printing math
with times and dvips.
