You recently sent several suggestions about xrn to
"software_suggestions". Note that the software_suggestions mailing
list is for suggestions about Athena-supported software or about
software that Athena should continue supporting. Xrn is in the sipb
locker, and is not an Athena-supported program, so suggestions about
it should be sent to "bug-sipb", not to software_suggestions.
I have forwarded your suggestions to the current maintainer of xrn,
but I do not think he is going to implement them in the near future.
The parsing of dates and sorting of date into chronological order is a
complicated process that would take xrn a long time to do, and the
return on the investment isn't really that great. But, like I said,
I'll pass on your suggestions.
