In doc/guide, the file guide.PS appears to be only pages 21-end of the
corresponding dvi-file. Of course a user can just do the dvi2ps himself
to print the whole thing, but as long as you're keeping a PS file there,
you might as well make it the whole thing. Unless that comes out too
long for the print spooler?
