The reason webster has been failing so often lately is that the RPC
variable in /etc/rc.conf was set to false.
The /site/CHANGES file on the machine says that it's set to true.
Which means that the last time someone reinstalled the machine or
updated it to a new release or something, they did not go through the
/site/CHANGES file and restore all the changes.
PLEASE, people, there's a reason why I spent a long time documenting
the customizations on all of the machines in the office. So that
things like this wouldn't happen.
