It used to be that "xscreensaver -L" would lock the screen and start
the icon with auto-lock selected. Now it takes "xscreensaver -l -L"
to do that. Is this a bug or a fix?

I don't believe this was ever the case, and the man page gives no
indication that it would be.

The "startLocked" and "autoLock" options are separate, and are
therefore toggled separately.
