The "anyone" program in the sipb locker hasn't worked in the Athena
environment for several years; it only remains there for use by
non-Athena sites which use SIPB software.
You probably want to use the "znol" function, which serves a
related purpose in the Athena environment, since it works with Zephyr
rather than merely looking at the users on the local machine (which
would normally be only one person anyway.)
