I upgraded micq in the sipb locker from 0.4.3 to 0.4.11, for 9.3 Linux
and Solaris. mICQ is a portable ICQ console client; it's changed a great
deal from the previous version - I've included what I could find of the
change log below.
It will no longer find your UID and password from your .micqrc,
but if you look at that file and copy them in, then it will save
a configuration in ~/.micq/micqrc. Since the new format isn't
entierly the same, I haven't attempted to make our install detect this
automatically.
