It looks like there's some precedent for adding people individually to
the acl of /mit/sipb/share/rolodex, so that's what I've done for you.
Please make sure to use RCS; you should probably send mail to bug-sipb
when you're done, so interested members have a chance to review changes
before they go live when the locker's released.
This *isn't* access to the sipb locker as a whole; I think you'll need
to use outland for new software, or to do it under the supervision of a
member on gsipbbin.
