Xrn is again insisting on inquiring about bogus newsgroups that rn has
previously removed.
Nope. In the past few days, there's been a rash of newsgroups getting
created, then deleted, then created again. Each time they are
deleted, xrn or rn removes them from your .newsrc file, and then when
they are created again, you are prompted to add them again.
It'll go away when people stop playing games on the net, or when we
start manually processing all newgroup and rmgroup control messages,
and I don't think the latter is going to happen in the near future
because we don't have the time.
