Questions about newsgroups should go to usenet.
The answer to your question depends on what you want. Do you want an
already-existing mailing list to be fed into a newsgroup? Or do you
want a mail feed of an already-existing newsgroup? Be specific about
what newsgroup or mailing list, and about how many people want it.
