As far as I can tell, the "-paper usr" option (which should tell
xdvi.new that I'm using a "rotated" 11x8.5 page) has no effect.
It's another problem with the '.' in the program name. I think you
should have been able to figure this one out :-). Use new-xdvi
instead of xdvi.new and it works.
