I am not copying these files into the sipb volume:
Changes.GNUS Makefile gnus-user-sxa.el tcp.c
Install.GNUS README.GNUS gnus-user-tale.el tcp.el
The first three are needed only by the installer; the README.GNUS file
is superceded by the texinfo (and info) files (and doesn't say
anything useful anyway), the gnus-user-* files are weird
customizations that we don't need, and we don't need the tcp stuff
because tcp is built into our emacs.
They are in the "attic" subdirectory of /mit/sipbsrc/src/lib/elisp/gnus-3.13.
