I would very much like to know who modified the configuration on
hodge and changed its default AFS cell to sipb.mit.edu on October 10.
I saw no notification of this change sent to either sipb-staff or
bug-sipb. Furthermore, the change has made it pretty much impossible
to use hodge while the sipb cell is down for updating.
