The mips binaries were removed from the NFS version of the sipb
locker because of space problems (i.e. we didn't have enough space for
them).
There are mips binaries in the AFS version of the sipb locker, in
/afs/athena.mit.edu/contrib/sipb/mipsbin.
If you don't have access to AFS on the machine from which you want
to use the mips binary, let us know and we'll see if we can work
something out.
(By the way, if you are using an Athena mips machine, then it should
have AFS, and "attach sipb" should get you the AFS version of the
locker by default. If you are on an Athena mips machine, and that's
not what's happening, then there's something wrong...)
