Hello,

Thank you for the bug report.  You are correct, xfig's
configuration was calling the wrong programs for viewing
documentation.  I've updated the situation, and the help
menu items should start working tomorrow.

For bug-sipb: I edited sipb/src/xfig-3.2.2/Fig.ad, and installed
the result into sipb/share/X11/app-defaults.  Both htmlview and
athrun have been in the release since at least Athena 9.0,
and the config file now uses those helpers to launch viewers.
