Unless there is really a need for users to need to be able to write to
the sipb locker, which they cannot as it is a read-only replica, or
access is restricted to various parts for users with tokens, then the
AFS filsys entry for sipb should attach mode 'n'. This will prevent all
those users who don't use AFS from getting error messages that their
tokens have expired when they didn't really need tokens.
