Please update the hesiod information for both the AFS and NFS versions
of the sipb locker so that they attach with mode 'n' by default, not
mode 'r'.

SIPB attaches mode 'r'. It should have mode 'n' (read only, don't
authenticate). The only effect of authenticating attaches of SIPB is to
cause errors and later token expiration messages.
