My immediate answer would be no, but every time anything like this has
come up in the past, someone has claimed that there are people other
than Project Athena workstation users using sipb software, and they
may be using those programs.
Yes, but even non-project Athena users shouldn't be using X10 at this
point. :-) Proposal: move all of the executables to an
/mit/sipb/${hosttype}/old directory, and see if anybody screams.
