As far as I can tell, the program xneko in the sipb locker has not
RT version and has no sources in sipbsrc.
I also don't recall its installation being announced to bug-sipb or
sipb-staff, although I may have missed that.
If there are no sources in sipbsrc, it should not be in the sipb
locker. Furthermore, it should have been compiled and installed for
all three supported platforms, not just the vax and the decmips.
Finally, if its installation wasn't announced to bug-sipb, it should
have been.
I would appreciate it if whomever installed it would install sources
and an RT version or delete it from the locker.
