Since jik's not here, I'll be jik. :-)
The sipb mailing list is usually used for communications between SIPB
members. The mailing list bug-sipb@athena is the correct mailing list
to send bugs and suggestions about sipb-supported software. I'm
cc'ing your message there, so they will see it.
I just looked at the code, and noticed several problems with it.
Unfortunately, the way things are now, you can't change the titlebar.
So, I recommend that you tell twm not to include a titlebar on
xwebster windows. To do this, add "xwebster" to the list of programs
after NoTitle in your .twmrc file.
