Xrn has been modified to deal properly with newsgroups that are
marked as bogus in the active file -- they are marked as bogus and
removed from the .newsrc file if they exist there, and they are not
added to the .newsrc file if they do not exist.
The new improved version with this functionality will find its way
into the sipb locker some time tonight (Tuesday night) when the sipb
volume is released.
