.... in the read-write version of the sipb locker; it will propagate
to the read-only version of the locker tonight, when the volume
release takes place.
This version fixes the following problems, and possibly others:
1. Parsing of obsolete '#' and '=' geometry options has been removed
because they are no longer standard toolkit options and because '#'
interferes with emacs.
2. Xdvi should no longer core-dump after changing the shrink factor
and redrawing the screen.
3. The man page is updated ("man xdvi.new", not "man xdvi").
