question regrading icq

I hae a question: is it possible to add the gaim program to the bar menu in
order to avoid to write the commands in the terminal's window and let it start
when i log in to terminals in athena clusters? I currently have zephyr that is
running by itself when i log in and i would like to avoid it stasrting since my
contacts are now in the gaim program together w my icq contacts
