The 2018 5th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 201=
8) will be held from 10-12 November 2018 in Nanjing, China. The deadline fo=
r the 2nd (final) round of submissions is 23 September 2018 (papers already=
submitted in the previous round should not be re-submitted and will receiv=
e review notifications on 30 August).
ICSAI 2018 aims to be a premier international forum for scientists and rese=
archers to present the state of the art of systems engineering and informat=
ion science.
Topics include (but are not limited to):

* Intelligent Systems
* Computer Systems and Applications
Informatics
* Communications and Networking
* Image, Video, and Signal Processing
* Data Engineering and Data Mining

All papers in the conference proceedings will be submitted to EI Compendex,=
Scopus, and ISTP (ISI Proceedings), as well as IEEE Xplore. Substantially =
extended versions of best papers will be considered for publication in spec=
ial issues of SCI-indexed journals, including Computer Science and Informat=
ion Systems.
Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu Province, is one of the Four Great Ancient Capi=
tals of China and was the capital of six Chinese imperial dynasties. The ci=
ty provides visitors with a great number of historical and cultural sites, =
as well as stunning scenic spots and areas such as Qixia Mountain, Purple M=
ountain and Xuanwu Lake. One of the great activities that you must not miss=
