I've moved our subversion repository into our locker; You can now find
it at /mit/barnowl/src/svn or /afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/barn-owl/src/svn
Write access is controlled by the system:barnowl-dev pts group in the
SIPB cell, which should contain everyone who had commit bits
before. The repo is now world-readable. I've symlinked the old path to
the new one, but I would recommend you svn switch or svk mi --relocate
when you get a chance.
