Nelson pointed out that the VT style is actually a lot easier to set
up than I expected so I'm using that until he implements some more
general word wrapping.
1) We deal poorly with the default instance name created by ichat .
It's typically jid/computer name and the typical computer name is Some
twit's computer with a real apostrophe rather than an ascii character.
The problem is that we generate a replycmd that we then don't
interpret correctly.
2) As discussed on zephyr, login notices for jabber can be kind of
excessive. I'm still not sure whether they are net useful or net
useless.
3) We definitely want heiristics for choosing the right account name
by default if you are logged into multiple accounts.
