We eventually want to solve [normalization for filters](http://barnowl.mi=
t.edu/ticket/231) too, so why don=E2=80=99t we make a zephyr.c function t=
hat implements the proper normalization using the g_utf8_casefold, g_utf8=
_normalize that already exist in Glib, and expose that to Perlspace? (The=
n we=E2=80=99ll be able to swap in the libzephyr implementation if that e=
ver starts existing.)
