XML::Stream is broken. It doesn't pass SERVICE or HOST to Authen::SASL's
client_new. This is a one line fix.
You can find the patch here. I haven't tested it with mechanisms other
than GSSSAPI, but (and correct me if I'm wrong here, Sam) I don't think
that mechanisms that don't use service and host will mind their existance.
A third parameter, SECURITY, is also not passed. I'm going to not care
about it for now.
