The large press is back up.

I tacked the inside of the working belt, reinstalled it, and ran it up
to "10" over five minutes to check it didn't fall off.

The large press will "run faster" for a while.
That is, a lower number on the spreed control will get the same
speed. (Isn't it amazing how oil reduces friction? ; - )

   Subject: Large Press is down

Hi smashers of ink onto paper:

The large press is down for the next few days.

During today's Printshop workday, Benezaar & Keshlam also did a total
oiling of the large press, and conditioned both leather belts.
The conditioner needs to soak into the leather before the inside of the
   belts get tacked.

I will tack the belts in a few days, and will email when the large press
   is again usable.

Sometime after it's more accessible, the small press needs oiling too.
