Benazeer is interested in becoming a journeyman. How do people feel
about that? I'm comfortable with it after watching her recent work
in the shop.

As long as she's restricted to training runs for a while, I quite
comfortable with this.
I suggest when she or someone brings it up, we review her doing
qualifying runs.
