Hi Alex et al.
The Shop has usually charged a second side as another press use fee,
as if it was run separately.
So this job double sided would be $ 16.80, 1 color, APO supplied stock.
As you have quoted already, I wouldn't requote.
Partly because sometimes the sides are done at different times.
(E.g. two separate training runs).
Partly to raise more revenue.
Partly because it's what commercial printers usually do.

Hello Sneha,
Unfortunately we do not currently have the capacity to guarantee business
cards by November 12th. We could probably have them by January.
We charge $5 each time the press must be set up or re-inked and $.20 per
100 impressions. We can provide business card stock for $1.50 per 100 or
you can provide your own.
Assuming 1 color and APO supplied card stock, your cards would cost roughly
$11.80 for single-sided or $12.60 for double sided.
