hi
i emailed Alex earlier, that journeymen can always make a qualifying
run another training run, if the brother isn't up to speed on human
safety in the shop, and taking care of the shop, presses and type.
came up in the context of someone who had a training run significantly
long ago
i'm not aware of any journeyman actually doing this, but didn't follow
things closely when Alan Meisler, his predecessors, et al were doing all
the train/qual runs
