Matthew, what is the preferred type of payment? Will you guys accept a cost=
object? If so, use 1140100 for 200 impressions for Richard Zhang's cards.

Okay, we can work with that text. Is black on white okay for you?
We generally print in increments of 100 - while we can do fewer, it's a
bit of a waste of getting the press setup, and the added cost is
negligible. A setup is $3.00 and we charge $0.10 per 100 impressions plus
the cost of cardstock, which should run around $3-5/100.
